Console Construction with the MasteRail System:
- Precision engineered steel support frames and a patented joint system allows for quick and easy assembly. Frames are interchangeable and can be arranged as individual legs or configured as
equipment bays as needed.
- The aluminum extrusion is attached along the entire length of the console. The extrusion provides a mounting system for the upper turrets, counter support arms, and many other accessories like monitor
arms and speaker pods.
- Finish materials such as countertops, end panels, removable doors, and modesty panels have pre-installed hardware for quick assembly and simple removal.
- Turrets are installed where specified by end-user.
- Console is finished and awaiting Customer Toolsets to be installed.
- Work Area is complete with the elegance and functionality of a MASTERail technology console.

finished materials (skins) can then be applied to the framework, to achieve any desired look or style. You get the "custom look without the custom price".
All MASTERail™ components are designed with precise, aircraft tolerances, allowing for fast, error-proof assembly. The base support frames can be used individually as legs or rack equipment bays. They
can be strategically spaced, eliminating the need (and cost) for full bases.
